The lobby was impressive, and the staff, especially Mr Muhammad Al-Qattan, were polite and accommodating. basic necessities were lacking, such as towels and bathroom slippers. The WiFi was only available on the ground floor, and my requests for an electric kettle went unfulfilled. The pool was clean and provided a nice relaxation spot, though I’d recommend guests bring their own towels and slippers. The proximity to landmarks like the Jeddah Waterfront Park and cultural sites made it enjoyable for some family outings. A good value for money, but improvements on amenities are needed.

He was polite and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. The hotel's location was perfect, with a nearby restaurant and supermarket for convenience. The lobby area was welcoming, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism. I appreciated the tidy and spacious rooms, along with the clean swimming pool, which added to the overall pleasant experience.

I had a decent weekend stay! The location was super convenient, close to local attractions and eateries, making it easy to explore. I loved the friendly vibe of the area, and the bed was surprisingly comfy. Great for a short trip if you’re not too picky!
